If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift, we gladly accept returns and exchanges of unworn and unused items within 30 days of original purchase. (Please note: unfortunately food items, beauty products, underwear, supplements, cleaning items, and final sale items are not covered by our return policy.) Returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Oversized items cannot be returned using the postage-paid SmartPost® label.

Return an Item by Mail
- Mark the packing slip to indicate your return(s):
On the packing slip that came with your order, simply circle the item(s) you are returning and fill in the return code column. Can't find your packing slip? Call Customer Service for assistance at 888-891-8900, 8AM to midnight EST, 7 days a week, or send us an email.
- Ship your items through the following methods:
SmartPost® (available only for orders shipped to addresses inside the U.S. or its Territories): A prepaid, preaddressed SmartPost® label is enclosed in your order. Affix the SmartPost® to your package. No additional postage will be charged, but a $6.95 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund unless we shipped you the wrong item. - Personal Shipping Method: Using UPS, FedEx, USPS with delivery confirmation, or any other trackable method, mail to the address below. We encourage you to insure your package.

Receiving Credit for Your Return
Returns will be credited to the original form of payment, in the amount of the purchase price of the item(s), including tax if applicable, less the $6.95 deduction for the SmartPost® label return charge, if used. The original shipping charges are not refundable. If you've indicated that you are returning a gift, we will credit the gift giver's original method of payment.
Once your return is received at our warehouse, your credit will be processed in our system within 48 hours. Depending on your credit card company or bank, it may take 7-14 days for the refund to post to your account.
Due to our constantly changing inventory we do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, we recommend purchasing the product you need from our current inventory and returning the product you don’t, so we can refund your original form of payment.
