This organic blend of essential eucalyptus and rosemary oils and vitamin E will keep the bugs away without chemicals or artificial fragrances. Apply Tansynella directly to body to ward off biting and pesky insects, mosquitoes, and black flies. Rub this into your skin or add a few drops to your sunscreen or body lotion to keep you bug-free on a hike, at the beach, or at the ball game. It is also excellent when applied with paper towel or clean cloth to wooden surfaces, such as picnic tables, lawn chairs, and countertops, as it will deter ants and flies, keeping them away from you and your food. It’s good for the wood but bad for the bugs.

Organic alternative to harsher chemical bug repellants. I use it when I'm gardening in the afternoons. Smells like citronella, but not too strong.
M O on Jun 23, 2014
I wanted natural protection. No unpronounceable chemicals.

If you research eucalyptus oil you will find that it is deadly to cats. Not to dogs. I almost killed my cat with it. You need to state in your description that it is harmful to cats. Have you researched this?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Though Farmaesthetics recommends using this product externally on cats, dogs, and horses, we have removed that usage instruction on our site.

Why is the citronella sent added to the product - do the eucalyptus and rosemary essential oils alone not repel? I ask the question because the scent of citronella gives me a headache and look for products with no citronella. Thank you,

As to why it is added may be to make it effective as a repellant, but it does have all three scents.
